Layers of delicious fruit flavors and a hint of fresh clover and lemon grass intermingle with aromas of citrus, melon and peach. Creaminess from sur lie aging provides depth on the palate followed by a crisp, perfectly balanced finish.

Lemon, gooseberry, and a little lime in the aroma. The taste follows. There's a nice acidity, but this is definitely softer than NZ-style Sauvignon Blancs. A good choice for those that find them a little too green.
