James Belardo rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Organic wines are increasing becoming a part of the LCBO's regular listings. It's great that Angel Giorio & Gianni's Nero D'Avola has found it's way to the shelves. Organic wines have been typically been more expensive than non-organic wines so this was a pleasant surprise. This is a great deal for an an organic wine and one that goes well with a variety of foods.

The tone of this wine is light compared to others but that doesn't mean it's not worthy, it has plenty of intensity for a wine at this price point! It's perfect to pair with medium-spiced meals that aren't too heavy or saucy such as pizza, steak, pork or light red-sauce pastas such as Pasta Primavera, Pasta alla Norma or other pasta sauces such as Aglio e Olio or a simple Marinara.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
