I am a sommelier. I prefer old world wine but am not dogmatic about it. I have been a wine lover for a long time but feel like I barely know anything. I know I don't like monolitic wine that only taste like jam or the toast of the barrique. I like more suddle wines with layers, complexity, elegant fruit and bitterness.
