Enjoy finding outstanding wines at modest prices. I find letting them age at least several years often brings out the best, or smooths out the rough edges in a supposedly modest wine. Like being surprised when a wine "I don't like" turns out to be surprisingly good. I like learning the details of how a certain wine was made to give it the character I am tasting.
