I am an Epicurean and a wine lover since times I cannot even remember. I was born in a winemaking family in Languedoc, I studied International Trade of Wine in Reims and in Avignon and have a WSET Level 3 with Distinctions.
After different experiences in France, Mexico and Canada, I decided to settle in Toronto where I work in the wine business and give wine tasting classes on my spare time.
My next goal: WSET Level 4!
