Intriguing nose of ripe pear, pineapple, vanilla and touch of smoke. Repeats on palate. Well-balanced, long ripe pear finish.

Pale gold, honeydew, green pear, dusty minerality. Medium body flavours of apple, green pear, some butterscotch, a little spicy and a bit of heat from alcohol.

Smoke and buttered toast on the nose giving way to apple, pear and some butterscotch on the palate, with a smoky body that lingers throughtout the taste.

Aromas include fresh buttered bread, apple, and some toasty notes. A bit of a oaky flavour comes through with lemon and apple on the palate. This wine would be great with roasted chicken, or maybe bacon wrapped scallops.

Deep yellow color with aromas of vanilla, butter, smoke and grilled hazelnut.

The wine is nerve, full-bodied and long.
