Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This Zudugarai is impressive, bursting with wonderful lime zest, white grapefruit, apple, saline and mineral attributes woven into its light to medium weight frame and lengthy finish. Pale straw in colour, the Zudugarai comes from Spain’s Basque region.

If you have never tasted a wine with a high percentage of Hondarribi Zuri grapes, I encourage you to experience this Zudugarai. Enjoy.

From the Tarragona wine region, Zudugarai 2018 Hondarrabi Zuri is floral on the nose with ripe apple, citrus, herbal and mineral flavours on the palate with great acidity for food. The grape is planted widely in Basque typically has a mild spritz like Vinho Verde. Grape berries are golden and the resulting wine is pale yellow in the glass. Chill and enjoy with tapas and seafood bites. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
