The 2017 vintage of the Zuccardi Series A is a Torrontes from the Salta region in Argentina. The Torrontes white wine grape makes wines that are crisp, very aromatic and very easy to drink. It's kind of like the Gewurztraminer of Argentina. Some of the best versions of this wine come from the high altitude vineyards in northern Salta. Intensely lemon floral notes with some acidity. Medium bodied.

Torrontés food pairings: Asian dishes, fresh seafood salad, seafood appetizers, smoked turkey sandwich.

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Perfumed notes of lemon and fresh flowers, followed by a mouthwatering palate with crisp acidity. Wonderful with smoked trout salad, or for sipping.
Tasted May 2018
Zuccardi Serie A (2017) is a well-priced, fragrant and floral medium-bodied Torrontes from the Salta wine region in Argentina made by a well-known producer. The Torrontes white wine grape makes wines that are crisp, very aromatic and very easy to drink. Some of the best versions of this wine come from the high altitude vineyards in northern Salta. Chill and pour this Torrontes with floral, savoury herb, citrusy and spicy flavours on the palate with grilled scallops and prawns. - Community Wine Reviews
