This Chardonnay, Viognier wine blend from the Uco Valley has notes of tropical fruit, white blossoms and toasted brioche. The 2016 vintage of the Zuccardi Serie A is full-bodied, robust and definitely well-priced. A terrific, lovely white with floral and white peach notes. Lots of toasty oak. Pair with mild spices and curries.

Chardonnay Viognier food pairings: baked brie and apricot coulee, salad greens with goat cheese pomegranate and cranberry, Feta cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

On the nose, this bright White has tropical fruit aromas, along with nectarine, vanilla, and white pepper. The fruit follows through on the palate as well as lemon and clementine. It is medium bodied and the flavours linger on the palate.

Tasted February 2018
from the Zuccardi Serie A 2016, this is a 85% Chardonnay and 15% Viognier white wine blend is terrific. Excellent value from one the biggest and most trusted wine producers in Argentina. Look for ripe apple, tropical fruits, honey and cake spice on this dry but juicy white. Pair with grilled, herbed chicken breast. - Community Wine Reviews
