Intense and spicy on the palate with rose petal, ripe plum, dark cherry, violets finishing zesty, smooth and long with pepper and cedar spice notes. Tannins are supple.

This was a great wine discovery on International Shiraz Day; softly floral aromas of ripe cherries and roses, then a silky-smooth palate loaded with red cherries, plums and zippy white pepper. Paired happily with garlic-crusted lamb chops.
