Reviews and Ratings

Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Yellow Label Sparking Brut, is a medium bodied wine with pleasing aromas of green apple and subtle leechies. It has a nice acidity, fine bubbles and a clean, crisp, apple finish. My impression: NICE, 88-89 pts. Tasted Sept /12.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Med gold with fine bubbles muted nose with some green apple, pear and a subtle fennel note. A touch of sweetness on entry, frothy and refreshing with apple, honey and a bit toasty. Tasted April 2015
On the fine palate green apple Chardonnay
flavours and strawberry Pinot Noir
characters are complemented by lively
acidity.

The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were vinified
separately to enhance the varietal fruit flavours. Our winemakers carefully assessed the individual parcels before blending to enhance complexity.
