This full-bodied red wine offers incredible value for the money! Vanilla-cherry and cool mint on the nose, followed by lovely ripe blackberries and plums on the palate, rich, smooth and inviting.

Red Label Shiraz Cabernet food pairings: prime rib, pot roast, brisket, red meats grilled or roasted; strong cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Rich plum and black cherry in the driver's seat. Anise, mint, pepper, and dark spices. Tannins are mild. This entry level Wolf Blass is excellent value at just $14.95. Great for entertaining large crowds over the holidays.
Pairs well with grilled meats, game, hearty stews, bold cheeses.
Dec.2,2013
On the palate the primary fruits are present,
the oak providing some sweet mid palate
notes, with the wine finishing fresh and
bright.
