An excellent dry sherry with attractive aromas of toasted almond and clementine. Pair with soup or enjoy on its own as an aperitif. This is a dry, fortified wine.

Reviews and Ratings

Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This beautiful dry Spanish Sherry is listed as "medium" it contains 34 g/L of sugar and is a bright orange-amber colour. It is redolent with aromas of toasted nuts, and Caribbean Christmas fruit cake and some salinity. It is sweet, yet crisp, with warming flavours of nuts, Christmas fruit cake, counterbalanced by a spine of acidity and a hint of saltiness. This sherry has a long, warm finish. I would serve this chilled as a started with prosciutto and ripe honey dew melon or with a fruit salad dessert.
