Smooth and spicy with ripe red fruit on this high altitude Carmenère. Enjoy with beef dishes.
Tasted March 2019
Produced by William Fèvre, Espino 2014 is a gran cuvée Carmenère and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon with wine grapes sourced from Las Majadas Vineyard in the Maipo Valley. The wine was aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Look for ripe red and dark berry fruit, espresso, dark chocolate and savoury spices on this smoky red. Pair with a game tourtière. - Community Wine Reviews
