Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Minimal or no oak used during production of this refreshing Chablis. Mild aromas of white tree fruit and tropical fruit lead to fruit-forward palate with clean, crisp flavours and crisp acidity. Consistent value.
Tasted Feb. 2017
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

This bright wine has green apple and limestone on the nose, along with subtle aromas of stone fruit, lychee, honey and almond. There are mineral notes on the palate with stone fruit flavours, lemony crisp acidity with white pepper at the finish. It is a fairly light wine that would pair well with seafood.

Tasted November 2017.
From William Fevre Champs Royaux (2015) is a bone-dry, crisp and unoaked Chablis. Serve chilled and pair with fresh shellfish. Lovely flint, citrus and lime notes on this steely Chablis. Drink now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
