A pleasant BC sipper that's off-dry but balanced nicely with mouth-watering acidity for roast turkey. This is a blend of equal parts Riesling, Gwurzraminer and Pinot Blanc.

Food pairings: seafood, spicy dishes, chicken hot pot.

Reviews and Ratings

Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

On this BC white blend (Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Blanc), the Gewurztraminer comes through on the nose as rose petals and there's also some lemon zest and green apple aromas. The wine is off-dry, with medium to full body, yet some acidity to keep the palate interested. The rose petals are replayed in the mouth along with green apple and ripe peach. I would pair this with General Tso's chicken.

Equal parts Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Blanc combine to create a clean, crisp wine of outstanding quality. Intense flavours of orchard fruit, spiced apple, mineral and citrus complete a wine that is soft and round on the palate.
