A dry and vibrant, unoaked Chardonnay from the Niagara wine region. Fresh and dry on the palate with crunchy green apple, fresh pear, flinty mineral and lemon zesty flavours on the palate. Finishes clean and long. Pair with seafood.

Chardonnay food pairings: pan fired scallops, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, pork tenderloin, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A crisp, fresh, and floral unoaked Chardonnay brimming with aromas of peach, lemon, and apple. Persistent lemon through the palate and finish. The medium-plus body is well integrated, making the 13.5% ABV body hard to notice on the nose or palate. Much like Chablis in style and food-friendly nature, this wine is well suited to shellfish, seafood, and chicken dishes.
From Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula wine region, Westcott's Lillias 2018 is vibrant with lemon zest, green apple, fresh pear and lemon zesty flavours on the palate. Fresh and tangy with a long briny mineral finish. Perfect for seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
