Smooth, silky and seductive Niagara Pinot Noir from one of the fastest rising wineries in the region reputation-wise. Medium-bodied and smooth with aromas of dark cherry, violets and earth. There were less than two tons an acre for this wine so it's intensely flavoured. Pair with grilled chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

An excellent Niagara Escarpment Pinot Noir with aromas of violet, tart cherry and earth made from hand-picked grapes grown on low-yield vines. Intensely flavoured palate echoes the nose with beet and milk chocolate too, in a silky smooth mouthfeel. Aged in French Oak 24 mos.
A total winner!

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A fine Ontario Pinot loaded with cranberry, beet, raspberry and earth flavours. Supple tannins - this wine will evolve nicely for a couple more years or drink now with grilled or roasted veggies, duck, salmon...
