From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Westcott Estate 2020 Chardonnay is a medium-bodied Burgundian-style Chardonnay aged in French oak barrels (30% new) for 11 months. From an excellent vintage, look for ripe red apple, pear, buttered toast, zesty citrus and cake spice flavours creamy and luxurious on the palate. Chill and enjoy with a roast turkey dinner.

Chardonnay food pairings: Asian dishes with black bean, steamed mahi Mahi, pasta with tomato sauce, pork tenderloin.

Westcott Estate 2020 Chardonnay is a medium-bodied Burgundian-style Chardonnay from an excellent vintage. Youthful and fragrant with ripe golden apple, stone fruit, buttered toast and lemon curd aromas and flavours weighty on the palate with a lovely balance of fruit to acidity. Chill and enjoy with roast chicken. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews
