This robust, layered Californian red wine is a blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petit Verdot, 5% Petit Sirah, 5% Malbec and 1% Cabernet Franc grapes. Solid, balanced and concentrated. Great price for classic Californian Cabernet. Cool-climate influences the structure. Pair with a rare steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Ruby red, rich and robust on the palate. Well balanced, dry with a persistence of a ripe bumbleberry blend of ripe red and blackberry fruit. Supple tannins are integrating well. Pairs well with a BBQ steak or a gourmet burger. Priced to sell. This wine offers a lot for this price point. Line it up for a taco night, nacho night, burger night, steak night, winter roast beef night, or easily enjoy on its own with your besties. Tasted 2016 vintage in Nov 2018. 90 points. #GreatValue #CrowdPleaser
