Very pleasant and mouth-watering with white peach and lime bossom aromas. Pair with fresh seafood. Medium-bodied. OTHER: This is a wine that blends Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc, and was crafted specifically to pair with seafood. It's easy and friendly with a delightful and bright personality. Fresh and fruity with a lifted floral nose and a slight sweet edge to the ripe peach fruit on the palate. Enjoy with shellfish. (VINTAGES panel, April 2016).

Food pairings: steamed mussels in their own juice and frites, spring green salad with asparagus, grilled halibut.

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Amazing value! Perfumey rose water, pear, peach, honey and orange zest standout. It's easy drinking, highly approachable, and fun. Enjoy this medium-light bodied, dry juicy Alsatian white with mulligatawny soup. Tasted Feb 2017 - @sommsosa | co-owner of bespoketastings.ca
Get ready for summer! Great value under $15 on the Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc white wine blend from Vignerons de Pfaffenheim. Pfaff Special (2015) is a mouth-watering, ripe white stonefruit, lime zest flavours on the palate. Pair with fresh seafood. - Community Wine Reviews
