The 2020 Gretzky Rosé is a vibrant blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio. Notes of field berries and a touch of spice. Zesty and crisp and mouth-watering. Pair this with crab cakes, gazpacho, cold cuts and charcuterie.

Rosé food pairings: seasoned pork tenderloin, crabcakes, creamy chicken carbonara.

Fresh and vibrant! Aromas of strawberry and lime, with a mineral hint. Light on the palate, lovely balancing acidity, vibrant berry notes and refreshing citrus. Enjoy as a patio sipper or would pair with ribs, chicken or sausages on the barbeque.

Great value Rosé from a top Niagara winery, Wayne Gretzky Estates.
Rosé is a perfect holiday entertaining choice - great with a variety of appetizers and rich holiday fare, it’s aromatic and complimentary to the scents of the season, and looks festive in the glass. And at this price, you can stock the cellar!
A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio impart aromas of nectarines, melon, and hydrangea, transforming into a mouthwatering citrus finish on the palate.
Tasted Nov 2021.
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Rosé 2020, made by Wayne Gretzky Estates, located in the beautiful Niagara peninsula, offers aromas of pink grapefruit, cranberry, citrus blossom, rhubarb and crushed rocks. Blended from from Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Grigio, the wine exposes balance, freshness and a short fruity finish. Palate: marmalade, tangerine, orange peel, pink peppercorn and rose petal. A good summer sipper or apero. Enjoy.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A fragrant, blended Rosé from Wayne Gretzky Niagara Estates. Predominately made from Pinot Noir with Pinot Grigio, and a splash of Gamay there are aromas of strawberry, melon and peach that mingle and balance nicely with echoing stone fruit and berry-laden flavours. Dry, with fresh and lively acidity and a light bodied finish. A superb pairing with herbed fish and tandoori shrimp.
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A salmon coloured Rosé made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Pinot Grigio. Predominantly melon-strawberry notes on the nose, along with peach, grapefruit, saline minerality and hints of spearmint.

The palate is light and verging on off-dry with tart notes of strawberry-lemon and a yummy pink grapefruit finish.

Enjoy on its own, with salty fried apps (sauceless but seasoned chicken wings come to mind) or with a light summer-type salad.

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Wayne Gretzky 2020 Rosé from Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula is a welcoming, serve chilled, food versatile wine. Fresh red berries meets citrusy undertones plus a pleasingly crisp, elegant mouthfeel headline this blend crafted with Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Its attractive coral colour would shine beautifully on sunlit a patio. Enjoy.

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A beautiful salmon pink coloured Rosé with lots of flavour; the 2020 vintage in Niagara was outstanding and it shows in this wine. The nose features notes of cherry, peach and citrus; the palate adds strawberry and a hint of red currant to the mix. The wine is medium bodied, food friendly, veering on off-dry. My guest, who favours the Provence style of Rosé , really enjoyed this; it hit the mark. Pleasant with Beemster goat cheese and good friends. Keep this in mind for the summer!
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This rose is a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Grigio. It is medium salmon in colour with aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberry, peach and minerality. It is medium bodied with mouthwatering acidity and has flavours of lemon-lime with strawberry that leads into a short berry citrus finish. This is a great summer sipping wine and it will also pair well with seafood or poultry in addition to soft cheeses. Tasted on March 6, 2022.
