A medium-bodied Chilean white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The vines grow in the cool climate of the Casablanca Valley and are sourced from two vineyards in Las Dichas. Fresh on the nose with fine herb, lemon zest and mineral notes vibrant on the palate. Good acidity for food. Try it with a scallop ceviche.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: crab cakes with garlic aioli, sushi, salads.

Viu Manent Secreto 2019 is a great value, vegan-friendly, Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc produced from grapes sourced from the cool climate Casablanca Valley. The grapes for this wine came from two vineyards, one near the town of Casablanca and the in the Las Dichas sector, about 11 kilometres from the sea. The nose is fresh on this SB with white nectarine, asparagus, pineapple and briny mineral aromas and flavours on the palate and has great acidity for food. Chill and enjoy with fresh-steamed shellfish, gazpacho or salads. Produced by winemaker, Patricio Celedon. - Community Wine Reviews
