Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Just a hint of sweet hay on the nose here. The palate is decidedly dry with hints of tart cherry. All very subtle but nicely balanced and grabs your attention. Pasta with rosé vodka sauce might be the ticket with this one! Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A very nice rosé sporting subtle red fruit aromas with accents of citrus, peach, and herbs. Minerality on the palate in conjunction with the fruit and herbal notes, while ripe peach shines on the finish. Summer in a glass, pair with picnics, especially cold chicken or turkey sandwiches.
Produced by the Famille Bréban, Villa Aix En Provence 2018 is a zesty rosé blend of Cinsault, Syrah and a smattering of Grenache from the Coteaux D'aix En Provence wine region. Light-bodied with red berry and citrus zest flavours on the palate. Pair with a friend and an afternoon lunch of salad and cheese. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
