A terrific, delicious Chilean white wine for the money. Clean notes of lime and lemon, with a citrus lift on the finish. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the cool-climate Chilean region of the Leyda Valley that borders and is moderated by the Pacific Ocean. Pair with shellfish.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: steamed mussels, lemon-herbed chicken.

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Served this wine at our 2016 Christmas open house. Crowed pleaser for the white wine drinkers and even liked by guests who normally like red only. Matched with citrus shrimp and cilantro. Gold at the challenge international France 2015

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
