Produced by Paul Hobbs, Viña Cobos Chañares Estate 2019 Malbec is crafted from grapes sourced from Tunuyán, Uco Valley in the Mendoza wine region. Brilliant violet in the glass and fragrant with wild herbs, ripe blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, baking and white pepper spice flavours with a sagey mineral finish, the wine is dry, full-bodied and elegant with polished tannins and a long finish. Enjoy this plushy Argentinean red now through 2030.

Malbec food pairings: grilled game sausages, lamb kebabs, pork roast.

Viña Cobos Chañares Estate 2019 Malbec is crafted from grapes sourced from Tunuyán, Uco Valley in the Mendoza wine region and is produced by Paul Hobbs. Dry, full-bodied and rich with dark fruits, baking and pepper spice flavours ending on a mineral note, tannins are structured, fine and velcroish. If having tonight, do decant it for an hour prior to serving it with meats from the grill or hold to 2030. - Community Wine Reviews
