From the Veneto wine region, Villa Sandi Il Fresco Millesimato Brut 2023 rosé Prosecco is amazing value at $19. Fresh, fruity and fragrant with pink rose petals, red berries, citrus zest and minerally flavours delivered on a persistent and vibrant mousse with a long mouth-watering finish, it is sleek, beautifully-balanced and so easy to love. Enjoy it chilled on its own or with creamy cheeses, seafood canapes and veggies and dip. Millesimato means at least 85% of the grapes came for that particular vintage.

Rosé Prosecco food pairings: sushi, fish tacos, veggies and dip, salads.
