Villa Maria 2020 Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc is produced from sustainably-grown grapes from select sites in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. Wine grapes are harvested in the cool of the night and are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Love the fresh, grassy and lime zest nose on this dry, medium-bodied SB silky on the palate with ripe passionfruit, lemongrass, lemon-lime zest and vibrant acidity. From a great vintage and very well done!

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, shellfish, chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad.
