Fresh ripe pears and a touch of spice make this bubbly terrific for cocktail parties: It’ll go beautifully with all the hors d’oeuvres and nibbles on the table. Toasty and crisp.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Crisp, refreshing and dry bubbly, prominent Glera varietal 2015 vintage. Great value. Bright Citrus notes. Enjoy with anything or on its own. Tasted Nov 2016.
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Sparkling and straw in colour with aromas of yeast, bread, pear and grape fruit. Effervescent, light bodied and dry with grapefruit and ripe pear flavours and a medium finish. Would be good with appetizers or on its own.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 79/100 with the following review:

Presentation: Old Medieval, old English-style label, reminiscent of a scroll. Distinctive, though a little difficult to read.
Appearance: Pale lemon colour
Nose: Medium intensity aromas of biscuit, perfume, pink grapefruit
Taste: Dry, with miniature, sharp bubbles, lemons rind and minerality
Finish: Medium finish with some minerals
Overall impression: A basic, approachable Prosecco, that should work well for a Mimosa. It goes down like water with prosciutto and melon.
Value: 3.5/5
