A bright and beautifully balanced Pinot Noir from Oregon with bright cherry, raspberry, baking spice and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Finishing long with a smattering of smoke, good acidity for grilled lamb chops and slightly chewy tannins. Nicely done.

Pinot Noir food pairings: lamb chop casserole, stuffed breast of veal, roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

From Umpqua Valley in Oregon, Underwood 2017 Pinot Noir is a racy and juicy PN produced by the Union Wine Company. A beautifully balance Pinot Noir with bright, fresh dark cherries, red berry, blue florals, cedar spice, dark chocolate wrapped up in a smoky velvet blanket. Pair with smoky ribs. - Community Wine Reviews
