A full-bodied, concentrated and complex Australian red wine with rich black fruit flavours and made from the country's classic Shiraz grape. This winery has a long history in winemaking. This wine unfold on the palate with terrific replays of dark fruit and spice. Long finish. Decant 2 hours. Pair with roast beef.

Shiraz food pairings: Muscovy duck, grilled pork chops, rare roast beef, spice-braised lamb.

Sean Shoniker rated this wine as 100/100
Two Hands' winery has a long history of winemaking. Shiraz wine grapes for Lily's Garden (2014) were fermented in pump over, open top fermenters including 12 days of maceration. The wine was aged 18 months in French and American oak. Drink now and decant for 30 minutes prior to serving or cellar for a half dozen years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
