Two Hands Angels' Share 2017 Shiraz is a full-bodied and big red wine from the McLaren Vale. Full and lush layers of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and savoury spice on this vintage. Angel's share refers to the small amount of wine that evaporates from the oak barrels during maturation while the wine is aging. Medieval winemakers assumed that the angels watched over the wines being made and took their share in recompense.

Shiraz food pairings: gourmet burgers, mutton with mint and coriander, black bean soup, cheese pizza.
