Reviews and Ratings

Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Nose of raspberry, earthy. Flavours of more raspberry, espresso; lots of tannins here and bit sharp on the finish. Might needs some more time in the cellar, but for me, this was not worth the trouble.

Pair with foods that can hold up to the tannins. Think a spinach salad, with walnuts and raspberries.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Full bodied, fruit bomb of jammy field blend Cali red varietals. Pair with saucy ribs or enjoy on its own. Non- vintage, tasted B10 in May 2018. 87 points
From the Austin Hope Collection, Troublemaker is a robust California red wine blend of 50% Syrah,18% Petite Sirah, 17% Zinfandel, 16% Grenache and 10% Mourvèdre grapes. Austin Hope of Hope Family Wines created a wine ""inspired by his youth"" from wine varietals in the Paso Robles viticultural region of California. Pair with meaty stews with attitude. - Community Wine Reviews
