Love this dry Niagara Riesling. Aromas of lime citrus with racy acidity for seafood and shellfish. Medium-bodied.

Riesling food pairings: mild green curries, lemon herb crusted fish, soft cheeses.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Amazing value. This is a beautiful Riesling that seems mostly dry, but with a hint of honeyed sweetness. Aromas of lemon-lime, wet stone and honey blossom. Medium bodied, vibrant, mouth-watering acidity, and tons of juicy citrus notes on the palate and finish, along with some of that stony minerality that really balances that slightly sweet note. Enjoy with oysters or any shellfish.
This just off dry Riesling is light, fresh and fruity. Aromas of pineapple, tropical fruit, and floral scents are followed by flavours of juicy sweet citrus and red apple on the palate; finishing with notes of green apple, lemon, lime and white currant. The perfect balance of natural sweetness and fresh acidity, and the ideal choice on hot summer days, crisp fall evenings, long winter interludes or fresh spring afternoons.Discover another side of Riesling with these tasty pairings: lemon chicken; sushi; oysters; salmon, tilapia and halibut; lightly spiced curry or savoury Asian vegetable dishes; take-out fish and chips; green salads with light vinaigrettes; and creamy cheese such as Brie and Camembert.
