Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Juicy dark berry aromas, as well as espresso, smoke, sweet spice, sweet tobacco, and floral notes.

The dark berry, espresso, smoke and sweet spice follow through on the palate. It is full bodied with moderate tannins. Pair with barbecued steak.

Tasted May 2018
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Wine is medium ruby in colour with a purple rim, dry, medium plus acidity and tannin, full bodied and with a pronounced intensity nose featuring green pepper, blackberry, dusty floral and potpourri. Tastes of dark fruit, green pepper and potpourri. It is a friendly cabernet sauvignon.Finish is long; green pepper and dark fruit.
Wineboy rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A solid effort from an unoaked CS from Argentina. Medium weight of power with rich viscosity and a bit of younger tannins. Aromas replay on the palate.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Clean aromas of blackberry, currant, black pepper, and a hint of bell pepper. Firm tannins, and ripe fruit on the palate. Pair with grilled burgers or sausage.

100% unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon with lots of black fruit aromas and flavors. Medium bodied easy drinking Cabernet. Tasted May 2018.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Aromas of pepper, earthiness, red fruit and a bit of cedar. Flavours include blackberry, basil and pepper with a hint of mint. Smooth with a short to medium finish.

Have you ever had a cab sauv that was unoaked? You might want to give this one a try. Try pairing with burgers and a spinach salad.

Tasted May 8, 2018 and November 19, 2018
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

I liked this a little less than the Pure Malbec, but it is nevertheless very approachable. Pure Cab flavours of black cherry, currants, herbs and bell pepper. A burger wine through and through. 87 Points.
Luc Delorme rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This rare unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon opens up with ripe blackberry and pepper on the nose. As would be expected from an unoaked Cabernet, the tannins dominate the structure of the wine, which would make it suitable for pairing with red meats, but may be a bit to grippy for consuming by itself. the flavours of blackberry and currant are pleasant, as is the long finish. This is a bit of a niche wine, but would pair well with a bold read meat dish.
