Trapiche Medalla 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a robust and juicy Old Vines Cabernet sourced from grapes in the Mendoza wine region in Argentina. Vines were planted in 1960. Dry, full-bodied and elegant with ripe black fruit aromas, with black currant, plum, dark cherry, savoury herbs, mint chocolate and earthy smoky spices concentrated on the palate. Tannins are velvety and rounded. Drink or hold.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: beef bourgignon, roast veal stuffed with wild mushrooms, meat lover's pizza.

Aromas of ripe blackberry and plums, along with hints of mocha, smoke, dried herbs, and warm spicy notes. Dry, with rounded tannins, medium+ acidity, and luscious, ripe fruit and berry notes on the palate. Lovely! Enjoy with any grilled meats.
