A lovely, juicy BC Sauvignon Blanc with melon and citrus aromas and flavours. Not grassy. Medium-bodied with racy acidity for seafood and shellfish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sourced from stony soils in North Oliver. Aromas of melon, pineapple, gooseberry, passionfruit and sweet lemon. Medium bodied and bright acidity balancing lots of citrus and tropical notes on the palate with a mineral finish. Enjoy with any seafood appetizers, from grilled calamari to oysters or mussels.
Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A softer Sauvignon Blanc with sun-kissed white floral aromas on the nose. Dry and crisp with tropical fruit flavours in the background and more gooseberry, honeyed-melon, lemongrass and zesty lime citrus flavours subtle and elegant on the mid-palate. Love the way this SB opens up and lingers on with a soft citrus bite. Chill and enjoy on its own or with freshly-steamed clams and grilled Pacific oysters.
