As pretty and floral as their white wine. Aromas of rose petals and spring sunshine. Light to medium-bodied with just enough acidity to awaken the taste buds for fresh seafood. Lovely

Rosé food pairings: grilled jumbo prawns with a peach salsa, crab cakes with mango chutney.

Beautiful pale salmon pink Rosé from Spain's Catalunya region. Delicate rose petal and melon aromas and flavours with hint of lemon. Perfect for a wedding shower or lunch on a hot, sunny day.

A field of strawberries with hints of lime, with the lime carrying through on the palate and finish.
Wonderful back patio wine, as an aperitif, or with shell fish. 90 pts.
Tasted June 2017.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of rose petals and cranberry translate to pink grapefruit, peach and strawberries. Lots of zippiness, a soupçon of sweetness and a lingering fruit finish. I'm ready for summer!
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A pretty pale salmon coloured rosé. Light in body but with intense aromas of strawberry and an underlying sweetness. Don't be fooled though - this is a dry wine that leaves your mouth watering. Flavours of fresh cherry and lemon with a medium to long finish. Great served chilled as an aperitif. Tasted June 1, 2017
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous floral, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and faint cherry notes. Crisp, light-bodied and clean on the palate. A perfect sipping wine to enjoy with friends on a hot sun-kissed patio. I'm also quite drawn to its elegant label. Tasted Mar 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Light and crisp with aromas of juicy, ripe strawberries and a mild white floral note. Strawberries persist on the palate with a lemon-lime finish. Delightful with scallops or as a summer sipper. Tasted June 2017.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Brilliant, fresh tart nectarine and white peach, with orange blossom. Medium bodied. Medium plus acidity. Pairs well with baked white fish in banana leaf, pad Thai, fresh salads. Tasted July 2017.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

There's something about rose wines that just make you smile. The color in the glass is a pretty pale watery pink, soft petal rose scents with elegant layers of strawberry and honey. Enjoy on its own or with lovely Summer salads.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Dusty raspberry, strawberry and citrus with floral notes. Very dry, crisp and refreshing - chill and take on a picnic with chicken sandwiches, potato salad and wild strawberries.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Pretty pink colour. Subtle honey and strawberry bouquet. High acidity on the palette. Pair with seafood.

(Tasted March 26, 2017)
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

It's virginal blush colour tricks you into thinking it is a delicate wine...until you plunge your nose into the glass! Intensely fruity and pastrylike on the nose, the palate is sweet and fresh at the same time. Not very long but fun to drink.
