The Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT was introduced in 1996, just after the IGT category was first introduced across Italy. Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is the title of the Trentino-Alto Adige region in the far northern reaches of Alpine Italy. The acidic, sandy soils in this region produce lighter wines with vibrant acidity. This Pinot Grigio is medium-bodied with white florals, ripe pear, flint and lemon zest flavours. Enjoy it now with linguine con le vongole.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: pan-fried panfish, crab cakes, seafood alfredo.
