From Eden Valley, South Australia, Thorn Clarke is a lovely sparkling non-vintage Pinot Noir and Chardonnay bubble made in traditional method. The cuvee for this bubble was produced from grapes sourced from two cool climate sites in Eden Valley, Milton Park to the north and Mt Crawford to the south. Fragrant, elegant and fresh with aromas of white-fleshed stone fruit, exotic florals, lemon zest and cereal notes on the nose, it is zesty on the palate with a fine and persistent mousse. Fun to drink, chill and enjoy it on its own or with seafood canapes.

Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut Sparkling food pairings: tempura vegetables, sushi, fried chicken, seafood canapes.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
