A collaboration between the Hip and Stoney Ridge's head winemaker, Jeff Hundertmark, this Bordeaux-style Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc is really easy to enjoy. Lovely spiced plum, dark berry, toasted nut and smoky flavours balanced with food-friendly acidity on the palate. Pair with grilled lamb chops and game sausages.

Reserve Red food pairings: pork roast, sausage cassoulet, mushroom risotto.

Reviews and Ratings

The Tragically Hip Fully Completely 2018 is a friendly and easy-drinking Bordeaux-style red wine produced with grapes sourced from the Niagara wine region, in honour of the late Gord Downie. Bright with red cherry, black currant, plum and baking spice flavours on the palate with a kiss of woodsmoke -- the perfect summer barbeque wine. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
