Organized Crime (2016) is a vibrant, medium-plus bodied Chardonnay from the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region in Ontario with white peach and Asian pear flavours complemented with butterscotch, vanilla and sweet spice (from oak treatment). The wine is buttery on the palate finishing long with creamy lemon flavours. Pair with grilled pork chops or roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: shellfish, seafood salads, sushi, tempura vegetables.

Very pale straw in colour with aromas of green apple, lime, pear with a hint of vanilla. It is full bodied with biting acidity and flavours of lemon, tart green apple and butter. It will pair well with seafood or roasted chicken. Tasted on September 30, 2018.
Organized Crime (2016) is a vibrant, full-bodied Chardonnay from the Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region in Ontario.
