A seriously good and medium-bodied BC Cabernet Franc with none of that bell pepper nonsense. Dark red berries and smoke on the nose and palate. Racy acidity. Pair with grilled meats.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wow! Good stuff! Aromas are showcasing ripe berry notes, mild baking spice, cocoa and graphite minerality notes (and no bell pepper or peppercorn notes at all!). The palate is mouthwatering with layers upon layers cassis, spice, dark chocolate, leather and dried dates. Tannins have a mild presence with a satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Enjoy this medium-bodied Cab Franc with bacon & smoked cheddar beef burgers. Tasted Dec 2016 - @sommsosa / bespoketastigs.ca
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Concentrated, rich and tart with mouthwatering fruit, structured tannins and acidity. Declared 13.8% ABV. A fantastic BC from West Kelowna. This Cab Franc is well-balanced and ready to enjoy. Paired well with gourmet beef burgers and pronounced cheeses. Tasted Dec 2016 rated 90/100.
