Juicy and soft Pinot Noir, but not wimpy. Cherry-berry aromas and flavours with very pleasing mouth-watering action. Vibrant and clean on the palate, with bright raspberry notes on a long finish. Polish and supple and exceptionally easy-drinking on its own or with roast chicken or turkey.

Pinot Noir food pairings: rare roast beef, shellfish, summer salads, turkey sandwiches, mild cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A fruitier version of Pinot Noir that will make you salivate. It has bright notes of cherry, raspberry and a little blackberry. A wine to brighten your day, and your meal. I paired this wine with a homemade beet gnocchi with browned butter, fried sage, and fresh parmesan.
Produced by Lismore Wines, this luscious New Zealand Pinot Noir sources its grapes from the planet's most southerly wine producing region: the Central Otago. Pair with pork tenderloin. - Community Wine Reviews
