An outstanding full-bodied Chilean red. Fragrant with bright plum, violets. blueberry, stewed plums and fine herb aromas on the nose and flavours on the palate.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: venison filet mignon with red wine gravy, coq aux vins, bison burgers, tourtière.

From the Colchagua Valley in Chile, Terranoble Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 delivers a rich and bouquet, sip after sip. Aromas of black plum, blackberry, mint, clay dust, baking spice and cedar. Full-bodied, this Chilean wine delivers polished tannins and pleasing acidity. The finish is warm and coating, perfect pairing with red meat. Palate: black cherry, plum, black pepper, leather, mocha and oak. Enjoy!

A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from grapes sourced in the Colchagua Valley and Maipo Alto of Chile, this wine opens with red fruit, herbal and smoky aromas. Fruity on the palate with medium tannins and a long, dry, minty finish. This would pair well with lamb or beef.

Potent green bell pepper, smoke, and earthy aromas with more subtle hints of fresh blackcurrant, blackcurrant leaf, and jalapeno. Firm acidity and tannins with a full body. Alcohol is noticeable on the nose. A bit on the underripe side. Try with burgers or ribs.
Produced by Sant Camila, Terra Noble 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and meaty with layers of rich red berry, dark chocolate finishing smoky and smooth on the palate. The Colchagua Valley is considered by many to be Chile’s Napa. Warm during the day and cool at night thanks to the Pacific breezes that waft in from the ocean.
