Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

A rich and luscious vintage Port from one of the best declared years, the Taylor Fladgate 2011 Vintage Port offers a warm and rich nose of dried figs, plums, chocolate, and stewed dark fruits. The palate is rich and complex. Layers of sweet and mouthwatering stewed fruit, dried fruits, with ever present tannins that will only continue to soften as this beautiful wine spends time in the cellar. Decant for a few hours and enjoy or let cellar for as long as you can bare, easily 20+ years. Tasted November 2014. 94 points. Matt Steeves - www.nataliemaclean.com
Astrid Young - Sommelier ISG CAPS rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Ample blue and black fruits, prune nectar, hazelnuts. Elegant acidity, overripe and dried stone fruit, dried apple, on the finish. finishes boozy with a biff of dark chocolate. Yes, i said biff. try this with dark chocolate cranberry bark, hard cheeses, nuts and a nice autumn harvest marmalade.
