Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lemony crisp freshness with pear and a hint of lime. Lots of brioche and biscuit notes here too as a result from being made with the Traditional Method. Light with and biting flash of acidity finish. Quite delightful. Pair with fish and chips and sea salted popcorn. 88 points
From the Twenty Mile Bench in the Niagara Escarpment wine region, Tawse Spark Limestone Ridge (2015) is a sparkling Riesling made to pair with oyster fritters. Made in the traditional method, this is a great value aromatic, bright and crisp bubbly with crunchy apple, lemon and lime citrus flavours. - Community Wine Reviews
