Another lovely Pinot Noir from Tawse's Quarry Road Vineyard. Aromas of bing cherry, smoke, raspberry, fresh earth, and smoke. The 2016 Quarry Road has lots of cellar life ahead of it. Pair with quail and other game birds.

Pinot Noir food pairings: braised lamb with mushroom, duck comfit, grilled veal chops.
