Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Deep purple color with notes of cherry, raspberry and black current.
This wine is medium-bodied, fruity and long on the palate.

Pair it with a Tajine from Morocco.
Serve it between 15-17 degrees.
Enjoyable now but can be aged 3-5 years.
From cool-climate Niagara Peninsula wine region, Tawse Growers 2020 Cabernet Franc is dry, medium-plus-bodied and generous with crushed raspberry, fine herbs, leafy greens with well-integrated oak spice flavours soft and velvety on the palate.
