Gooseberry, lemon and lanolin with a terrific vibrancy yet there's also an underlying richness. The best of all worlds.

Reviews and Ratings

Holly Bruns rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This is a crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc that sits somewhere between a Loire and a New Zealand version of the grape. There are hints of gooseberry and asparagus, but the wine stays fairly subtle and has a big citrus profile; chalky minerality adds some complexity. Light and mouthwatering the lime flavours really come out on the finish.
Reminds us more of the classic New Zealand style, and that’s high praise when it comes to crafting Sauvignon Blanc. Melon, gooseberry, nettles, grapefruit and fresh herbs/grass are the prime aromas on display. Dry with taut, mouthwatering acidity bringing exceptional refreshment here. Medium length with a fresh finish. Perfect wine for palate cleansing between courses. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
